    Automated Part Sifter

We designed and built this machine for one of our customer's to assist in the sorting of their product.  prior to using our part sorter they often had debris and scrap in with their final product.  Our customer was able to dump nearly 20,000 parts at a time into the feed hopper, and the good parts would exit into their bin.  Our rotary sifter would eliminate the waste and scrap that was mixed in.  These units are custom designed to your product and we can even make it so the drums are interchangable to run multiple products.
