Automated Part Counter We were presented with the project of helping one of our customers to automate their process of packaging their products. The products were manually unloaded off an assembly machine, hand counted and placed into an infeed conveyor on one of our cartoning machines. With the use of our automated counter their product is now counted as they exit the assembly machine, and dropped under control to the desired height of the cartoner infeed. |
