This project was for
an automated
assembly machine.
It utilized 5 rotary
vacuum placing
machines to locate
product on a
cardboard card.
The product would
then be held in
place as it was
stapled to the card,
and indexed through
the system.
The final machine
was capable of 480
parts per minute.
The system ended up
being 35' long, and
even required some
special attention
when shipping to our
customers.
